Terms of Service

Effective 25 June 2026 · Version 2026-06-25

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Threadway (the "Service"), operated by Abdulrahman Almaslamani ("we", "us", or "the operator"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Threadway is self-hostable software and a hosted control panel that provides reverse tunnels and out-of-band interaction capture, intended for authorized security testing — penetration testing, capture-the-flag exercises, security research, and development. It is a tool. You are solely responsible for how you use it and for the targets you direct it at.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure, and that you are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts at our discretion.

3. Authorized use only

You may use the Service only against systems, networks, and applications that you own or for which you hold explicit, current, written authorization to test. You are responsible for obtaining and retaining that authorization. Your use must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws.

4. Plans, billing, and payment

  • Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges.
  • Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice before a change affects your renewal. Fees are exclusive of any taxes you may owe.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension or downgrade of paid features.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time.

6. Acceptable use and enforcement

Your use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits using the Service for phishing against non-consenting parties, malware or command-and-control hosting, attacks on systems you are not authorized to test, and other abuse. We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate tunnels, accounts, or access — without notice and without refund — and may cooperate with law enforcement.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your use creates security, legal, or operational risk, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) will survive.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued, in whole or in part, at any time. We do not guarantee any particular uptime, and some features may be experimental. Self-hosted deployments are operated by you, at your own risk.

9. Intellectual property

The Service and its software are proprietary and owned by the operator and its licensors, and are licensed, not sold (see the project licence). You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the software except as expressly permitted in writing or by applicable law.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or USD 50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy — including any unauthorized testing or other misuse.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located there, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version and effective date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
